This beautiful, driftwood bowl is handmade and one of a kind - no two are the same! They are made by using a natural process to darken wood that still allows a beautiful wood grain to show through. The ebonizing process reacts with the tannins in the wood to create bowls that are dark brown to black and 100% food safe
