Modern General® Purple Popcorn

Our Modern General® purple popcorn is not only our signature color, it is perfect for snacking with less hulls and a tender bite!

Add one part oil (preferably with a high smoking point) to a pan, heat the oil until shimmering and add three parts popcorn. Lower the heat, cover and agitate until the pops are nearly stopped. Salt to taste and enjoy!
