Cornichons by Edmund Fallot

A carefully guarded recipe is used to produce Edmond Fallot Cornichon Extra Fine Gherkins. Select, extra small and crisp baby cucumbers are bathed in a brine of vinegar, pearl onions, tarragon and spices for a zesty, small pickle that will become a favorite in your pantry!

French cornichon are a traditional accompaniment to patés, smoked meats and fish, and are an essential addition to any charcuterie plate.
