Lynda was on a safari in Kenya 40 years ago. Staying in a cottage at the base of Killlimanjaro, Tsavo National Park, they had a guide that took care of them. He opened a bag of green Kenyan coffee in the evening. He roasted it in a frying pan over their campfire, let it cool then pulverized it. He then took the pulverized coffee, put it in a cheese cloth, tied it and threw it in a bucket of water. The next morning he took a ladle and poured the cold brew then added hot water.
